Veleka Beach near Sinemorets - the place where the river meets the sea

Veleka beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is located to the north of the village of Sinemorets and is called Veleka after the river that flows into the sea at its end by means of an "liman". The beach line is between 500 meters and a kilometer long and up to a hundred meters wide. Every year the beach is different, because of the action of the river. When the river is full, part of the sand disappears and reappears in the spring. You could say that every year you come across a new and different beach.

The beach next to the Bunker began to gain popularity recently after a running alley and bicycles were built from the Salt lakes to Sarafovo.

Definitely the first thing that catches your eye is the black sand. The beach is long and you can find a place just for yourself. It is also unguarded, so be extremely careful.
